Ultrasonic welding moulds are made of special aluminium, normally Alu7075 and Alu 6061. It is designed according to the welding demand of specific products to be welded. This mould is designed to weld filter bags bottoms.

The working principle of this machine is to use the vibration of ultrasound to remove the injected parts from the gates. Normally the gates are very small.
The material suitable for ultrasonic degating is ABS，PC，ＭPC, PBT, etc, which are crystalized structure and easy to be broken.
This machine is euquipped with two sensors besides the vibration toolings, so that the robot can take the injected products from injection machine to the degating machine, sensor will control the ultrasonic on and off. It starts when robot put products and stops when robot leaves with the gate.
