K&M Technologies Ltd is the foreign trade department of QDSonics, providing valuable ultrasonic welding products and timely services to customers around the world. QDSonics is a company focusing on ultrasonic industrial R&D and production applications. The company has a strong R&D team with more than fifteen years of expertise.
We have a standardized production workshop and advanced production equipment. We develop and produce ultrasonic transducers, ultrasonic generators, ultrasonic horns and ultrasonic plastic welding machines, etc. Product applications involving automotive, medical, packaging, electronics, health, battery and other industries.
- 1.Plastic filter welding machines. We have been in this business since 2009 when we have set up a small workshop in Shanghai focusing on production of plastic filter making machines. Now the factory has moved to Taicang nearby Shanghai with a production area of over 4000 sqm and R&D lab of over 300sqm. Our R＆D Team has over 20 years experience in this field, and we are upgrading the machines design with new technologies continuously to meet the demand of the market and satisfy the client’s requirements.
- 2.Ultrasonic welding machines. cooperated closely with QDsonics in Ningbo where all the ultrasonic welding machines and key parts are made since 2015 when our company was renamed as current name. This factory occupies over 10K sqm for the production area where all the advanced manufacturing equipment are set up, and R&D center occupies over 500 sqm where all kinds of testing and lab devices are equipped.
With efforts for over a decade, we have become the leading company in plastic joining business, and recently we have developed new applications in ultrasonic, such as ultrasonic food cutting, ultrasonic metal welding, etc..
We are still advancing to new applications and trying our best to meet the demand of the market with our stable product quality and professional service.
