Free tooling for test. For a reliable inquiry, we would like to make the tooling first for a free test of the products from customers. When it has proved workable, we will give our price proposal and solution. For some special requirement, we need to make a customized machine for the customer. We will make a proposal with schematic design for approval from the customer. If they accept the solution,we will make an offer for the solution. With contract signed with customer, we can start production after getting advance payment ( normally 30-50%, depending on the situation )Our advantage

Custom process
In most cases, the welding sonotrode/welding horn/tooling and fixtures shall be customized according to the requirement of the clients and the specific demand of the product itself, we provide customized tooling according to the following process:
Customer shall provide the 3D drawing and samples of the products to be processed or welded. We evaluate the drawing and the samples and give a solution with schematic design for the tooling. Customer accept the solution and pay for the tooling cost. We make tooling to do test weld to verify the solution. Give test report to customer for evaluation. If it pass, we send Proforma Invoice for the complete welding machine for payment. After receiving the payment slit, we start the inspection before delivery and do more test to verify the tooling and the machine performance. We ship as per the business term determined during quotation process. We send shipping document to client timely for customs clearance. Product processing process
Electrical and Mechanical drawings will be the base for production.
After-sales and payment
After-Sales: Ultrasonic equipment is somewhat complicated for new users, and some malfunction will appear in case of wrong operation. Please read our operation guide in advance before using. If something wrong happened, please contact us immediately, we will guide you how to remove the problems. We are responding in 24 hours for all the markets. If the machines are used for some time and problems occur, we will help to replace the damaged parts immediately after getting the call. Payment: We can accept payment via Paypal for small amount, T/T and L/C for big amount. For big orders, the payment shall be at least 50% advance and 50% before shipment.
