Ultrasonic Plastic Degating Machine

The working principle of this machine is to use the vibration of ultrasound to remove the injected parts from the gates. Normally the gates are very small. The material suitable for ultrasonic degating is ABS，PC，ＭPC, PBT, etc, which are crystalized structure and easy to be broken. This machine is euquipped with two sensors besides the vibration toolings, so that the robot can take the injected products from injection machine to the degating machine, sensor will control the ultrasonic on and off. It starts when robot put products and stops when robot leaves with the gate.

This the ultrasonic plastic runner remover, which uses the ultrasonic vibration principle so that the plastic runners can be removed instantly.

Description

Ultrasonic degating is the ultrasonic energy from the ultrasonic horn which goes down and popositioned suitably close to the runners. The ultrasonic wave produces the mechical vibration on the runners and goes through the gate and into the molded part.
