The KM-XT-T20 ultrasonic welding transducer is composed of two parts: a converter with the shell and a titanium booster. The size and shape of the ultrasonic transducer for welding are specially designed to match the welder completely. Its resonance impedance and heat generation are small and the transducer has a good electromechanical conversion efficiency.
