Product description

This equipment is used in the automatic pleating line, mainly used for membrane pleating in the line. The pleating is finished by the work of the upper and lower plates. The pleating height is adjusted on touch screen.

The user can set different pleating heights, but the angles of plates cannot be adjusted. The pleating plates (knife) are controlled by pulley and gears driven by motors. It can accomplish the counting (marked by pen at a certain length for cutting), pleating and heating processes automatically. This machine is suitable for mass production of fixed thickness of filteration media pleats.

Welding pressure and speed control: Real-time detection of depth, pressure, and speed process data feedback to the controller, through the controller's processing, the servo system is synchronized and adjusted by closed-loop control, which avoids the drawback of the transmission pneumatic welding method being unable to adjust the pressure and speed in real-time due to the influence of air source and inflation rate,  as well as the traditional servo welding method through torque control cannot guarantee the synchronous adjustment of welding pressure and speed.
