DS400 ultrasonic plastic welding machine, equipped with a 100% digitally controlled ultrasonic generator, and a 4.3-inch built-in touch screen, achieves visual operation and precise program. Four intelligent management (1. amplitude management, 2. quality management, 3. data management, and 4. safety management) ensures precise control and management.

The split design and horizontal control system make the DS400 ultrasonic plastic welder easy to use, stable, and economical. Ports are also provided to support the installation of auxiliary equipment such as tooling clamping, X, and Y shifters, protective light curtains, film rollers, acoustic enclosure lift gates, etc.

Integrated with time, energy, ground, absolute position, relative position, and pressure welding modes, the FU2025 series ultrasonic plastic welder also has various triggering modes and various functions.   Ports are also provided to support the installation of auxiliary equipment such as tooling clamping, X, and Y shifters, protective light curtains, film rollers, acoustic enclosure lift gates, etc., just pair up and set the corresponding ports.

A high-performance ultrasonic welding system combined with sturdy equipment with accurate and well-practiced drive management components realizes the whole process control before, during, and after welding, and can meet complex working conditions and high-precision welding requirements.   Application industries include automotive, medical, food, packaging, electricity, hygiene, etc.
