Based on integrated precise control technology of level control system, lifting system, positioning system, and pressure sensor, the FU2025 series ultrasonic plastic welding machine features an upgraded intelligent management system, including welding amplitude management, sonotrode management, quality management, data management, and safety management.
Simplicity, efficiency, and accuracy are the characteristics of the FU2025 ultrasonic welding machine series. The clear 10-inch touch screen allows precise parameters setting and welding process control, and the internal graphic display of the curve supports users to find parameters and establish quality records in the production process, monitoring product quality, and ensuring product consistency.
Integrated with time, energy, ground, absolute position, relative position, and pressure welding modes, the FU2025 series ultrasonic plastic welder also has various triggering modes and various functions. Ports are also provided to support the installation of auxiliary equipment such as tooling clamping, X, and Y shifters, protective light curtains, film rollers, acoustic enclosure lift gates, etc., just pair up and set the corresponding ports.
