This KM-HMS-X01 ultrasonic wire harness welder is user-friendly equipment with delicate structure and nice appearance. Pneumatic motion control + stepping motor + proportional valve are designed for a better welding result. Missing solder prevention function can effectively prevent damage to the welding horn thus having extended its service life. The welding parameters of the ultrasonic wire harness welder can be monitored in real-time during welding, which can effectively guarantee the welding yield rate.
The ultrasonic metal wire splicing machine can be used for welding thin materials such as aluminum, copper, and other conductive metal wires. It has the ability to weld dissimilar materials and even oxidized wires. The ultrasonic wire welding machine is widely used for welding strips, and wires of automotive appliances, electronic motors, electrical lead terminals, wire harnesses, etc.
Ultrasonic metal welding working principle: During the fusing process, the mechanical energy generated by ultrasonic vibration of the metal workpiece is converted into internal energy, deformation energy and limited temperature rise under the action of static pressure, reaching the recrystallization temperature to achieve solid phase welding. This welding method does not involve current delivery or high-temperature heat sources, so it effectively overcomes the spatter and oxidation problems for resistance welding. Ultrasonic metal welding can be applied to filaments or sheets of non-ferrous metals such as copper, silver, aluminum, nickel, etc. It is suitable for electronic components (such as thyristor leads, fuse blades, electrical leads, etc.) and lithium battery pole pieces and pole ear welding.
Advantages of ultrasonic metal welding: rapid fusion, high strength, good electrical conductivity, and close to cold working conditions. Disadvantage: this method also has its limitations, such as being unsuitable for processing objects that are too thick or have too large welding points.
