Servo Motor Control Hot Plate Plastic Welding Machine
Hot plate welding machine is welding parts by heated plate directly or indirectly. The hot plate is designed between the toolings for two fixtures of the parts to be welded.
When the parts are close to or contact the heated plate,plastic parts begin to get melt,when reaching a certain degree of melting, the plastic parts separate, the heated plate moves out,then two pieces of parts start to move together and weld with a certain press.
After welding, the two fixtures separate and welded product is finished after curing for a while.

Adopts servo and displacement rule system, equipment operation precision can be controlled within 0.01 mm.
