Hot Plate Welder for Car Visor Welding

1.  put fabric on the lower positioning mould  
2.  put EPP onto the upper mould
3.  Press start buttons with two hands
4.  Safety curtain goes down
5.  Pin cylinder go back
6.  upper mould goes down to fix EPP into the lower mould and hold for a set period
7.  Hot plate goes down to heat the EPP
8.  Hot plate goes up after heating for a set period
9.  Wrapping mechanism starts to wrap and Wrapping device goes back to its original position                 10. Upper mould goes back to its original position   
11. Pin cylinder extend out
12. Safety curtain goes back to its original position
13. Take out the wrapped sun visor
14. Repeat the above operation

1.  Lower fixture reverses and starts, folds the sun visor
2.  Pressure cylinder starts, and timing for pressurization
3.  Pressure cylinder goes back to its original position
4.  Reverse cylinder goes back to its original position
5.  Put the wrapped sun visor into the fixture
6.  Press Start buttons with both hands
7.  Safety curtain goes down
8.  Pin cylinder go backward
9.  Hot plate goes down to heat EPP and hold for a set time 

10.Hot plate goes up to its original position 11.Pin cylinder extends outwards
