This machine is designed for welding the end caps (O-ring or fin) of the pleated microporous membrane filters, one of the machines in catridge filter production line.
It is contact-type hot plate type welding for the two caps (or one end cap and one fin) on the two ends of the filter.
A.It is pleated microporous membrane filter connector welder, one of the machines in the production line for pleated filters.
B. It is used to weld the connectors/spears on both ends of the filter, and after welding, the filter gets good water-tightness.
C. Normally there are triangle connectors, fin connector,s 222 sealing ring type connectors, 226 sealing ring type connectors, etc.
D. This machine can be used to weld two kinds of connectors at the same time to increase the productivity.
