The ultrasonic hand welder is rugged and lightweight and with an ergonomic product design, consists of an intelligent ultrasonic generator and a hand welder gun, which is easy to operate and can be used for embossing, staking, riveting, and spot welding applications, this brings enormous advantages to the wide industry use such as automotive, electronics, customer goods, etc.

♦ DIGITAL GENERATOR
Digital Ultrasonic Generator
This is the digital ultrasonic generator, which has the function of automatic frequency tracking, amplitude compensation, overload, voltage, and transducer protection. The welding amplitude is 10%–100% adjustable (1% accuracy). A handle is installed on the top panel of the ultrasonic generator for easy handling. The electromagnetic valve is installed behind the generator for air cooling function of the ultrasonic welding horn/mold.

Ultrasonic Spot Gun
The ultrasonic spot welding gun is lightweight, which is easy to operate, just change the ultrasonic sonotrode to the welding gun per your applications(embossing, spotting, riveting, staking), and plastic welding is a typical application.
